Advantage:
The unlock is performed through a normal Apple USB lead, without opening or damaging any
part of the iPhone.
Your handset is not dismantled at any time, therefore, the original warranty is
not affected.
Advantage:
There is no SIM card manipulation involved. You will be able to use your handset
as if you had bought a "sim-free" phone. You do not need to send us
your sim card.

We unlock all firmware versions inc V2.2, no exceptions. We will install the
latest and most reliable firmware that is able to be unlocked onto your handset.

To avoid misunderstandings:
We do NOT unlock iPhone 3G - just 1st generation 2.5g iPhone with the silver back -
it must look like this:

We do NOT repair damaged handsets. If yours has some defect now, it will still have it
after the unlock.
We do NOT unbar handsets that have been blacklisted by IMEI (serial number) by
the networks.
All we do is to remove the SIM card restriction so you can use any
network in any country.

Delivery
You will need to package up the handset carefully and to post the handset by
Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day before 1 pm service week day service)
available from any post office. This is the best method of sending in your
handset so it can be tracked online and is signed for when received. The postage
cost is about £5 which you will need to pay.
We do not need your SIM card, however if your SIM
card is sent with your iPhone, we will of course send it back to you.
Once received we will unlock it using our methods and
re-post it out to you, usually the same or next day, also using special delivery next day before 1pm week

and failed
2) You have relocked your iphone
3) Your iPhone is damaged and cannot be
unlocked.
In these cases you will receive a refund
less £5 postage and your iPhone will be
sent back to you in its original
condition.
If you relock your handset
after it has been unlocked you will need to pay
again to have it unlocked.

REFUND PROCEDURE
If we cannot unlock your
iPhone, a
refund will be offered.
Refunds when agreed will be
made via the same method as payment. Please note
it may take 5 working days longer if you paid
